Browsing and care-finder answers
You can read guides and search clinics without providing contact information. Care-finder answers remain in page memory until you explicitly submit. They are not stored in browser local storage or sent to advertising tools.
Information you submit
If you send a request, Ferti stores your name, email, optional phone, contact preference, relevant location and service selections, message if provided, consent choices, reference number and submission time. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses or health-card numbers.
Purpose and sharing
Ferti uses submitted information to handle your inquiry and support follow-up. Service consent is separate from optional marketing consent. No clinic receives your request automatically. Additional consent is required before sharing it with a provider.
Form delivery
New enquiries are also sent through Formspree, our form-processing service, so Ferti can receive and follow up on them. The submitted contact details, message, care-navigation selections and consent choices are included. Do not include clinical records or health-card numbers. Formspree and configured email services may process data outside Canada.
Hosting and access
The site and submitted records use managed hosting and database infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Processing may occur outside your province or Canada. Records are not publicly accessible through this website. Do not submit information if this processing does not meet your needs.
Retention and your choices
Requests are kept for operational follow-up. Website database records older than 90 days are removed during subsequent submission processing. Copies in Formspree and the receiving email account are managed separately and are not automatically deleted by this website; contact Ferti to request deletion across these services. Contact Ferti through the contact form for access, correction, deletion or to withdraw consent. Include your request reference where available; identity may need to be verified.
Cookies and technical records
Ferti adds no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The hosting service may use essential access cookies and technical logs. An IP-derived, time-limited identifier helps prevent form abuse; it is not used for advertising.
External clinic websites
Links to provider websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review those policies before sharing health information. Effective date: September 19, 2026.
